Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hunter, a product operated by Paradigm Bridge ("Hunter," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Service at hunter.living.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Account details (name, work email, company, role), the contents of your communications with us, and preferences.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive limited billing details (such as a confirmation, last four digits, and billing status) from Stripe.

Usage information. Standard log and device data and product-usage analytics used to operate and improve the Service.

Property and owner information. To provide the Service, Hunter aggregates and models information about real property and the people and entities associated with it, drawn from public records (appraisal and tax rolls, court filings, business/entity registries) and licensed third-party sources. This may include names, business affiliations, and contact details, generally in a commercial or property-ownership context.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service — for example, Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), and our data providers — under agreements limiting their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal account information, and we do not resell third-party data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to keep the Service working and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by emailing hey@hunter.living. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar laws). Individuals who appear in property or owner records surfaced by the Service may also contact us to request review or removal of their information; email the same address.

8. Your responsibilities

The Service is a tool for lawful business outreach. You are responsible for using any contact information in compliance with applicable laws, including DNC/TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and with the terms of any third-party services you use alongside Hunter. See our Terms of Service.

9. Children

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
