Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Hunter, operated by Paradigm Bridge. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing hey@hunter.living (or through your account, where available). When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. After that, it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: the current billing period is non-refundable. Cancel any time to avoid future charges.
- Annual plans: within 14 days of your initial charge or an annual renewal, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused full months of that term. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but your access continues through the end of the paid term.
- Exclusive-territory fees: because we reserve a territory for you and decline to license it to others, exclusivity fees are non-refundable once the territory has been provisioned.
- Setup or managed-service fees: non-refundable once the related work has begun.
- Pilots or trials (if offered): cancel before the pilot/trial period ends to avoid being billed.
How to request a refund
Email hey@hunter.living from the email on your account. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
