Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hunter (the "Service"), a product operated by Paradigm Bridge ("Hunter," "we," "us," or "our"), available at hunter.living. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Hunter is an off-market real estate intelligence tool. It aggregates and models information from public records (such as appraisal and tax rolls, court filings, and business registries) and licensed third-party sources to help real estate professionals identify and reach likely sellers. Hunter is designed to operate alongside your own separate subscriptions and tools (for example, PropStream); it is a layer on top of, and not a replacement for, those tools. The Service is provided for informational and business purposes and does not guarantee any lead, listing, sale, or outcome.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and use the Service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use & your compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use any data or contact information obtained through the Service, and for complying with all applicable laws. This includes, without limitation:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Do-Not-Call (DNC) rules, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state marketing and privacy laws. You must scrub contact data against current DNC lists before any solicitation. Contact data provided by the Service is flagged as DNC-unverified.
- The terms of any third-party service you connect or use alongside Hunter (including PropStream). You must maintain your own valid subscriptions where required.
- Not reselling, redistributing, scraping, or sublicensing Hunter's data, models, or output except as expressly permitted in your plan.
- No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive outreach.
4. Subscriptions, billing & territories
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans are licensed by territory (for example, county or metro), and certain plans include exclusive-territory rights. Fees, features, and territory availability may change; we will give reasonable notice of material price changes. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, scoring, and compiled datasets, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business use during your subscription. You retain ownership of the outcome data you record; we do not sell or share your outcome data with other customers.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public-records and third-party data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. We do not warrant any particular result, response rate, or transaction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Service or your outreach, including any violation of TCPA/DNC, CAN-SPAM, privacy, or other applicable laws.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
